# Folders and tags

> Group sources into folders, tag articles, reorder your feeds, and share a folder with a friend by email.

Folders group **sources**. Tags group **articles**. Both appear in the menu (☰) with unread counts, and both can filter your feed or be your [start screen](/docs/your-feed).

## Folders

Swipe right on a source in the menu (or long-press it), choose **Choose folders**, then **Create new folder** or pick an existing one. A source can be in more than one folder.

Swipe right on a folder (or long-press it) for its options:

- **Rename folder** and **Change icon**.
- **Delete folder.** The sources inside are kept and moved out of the folder.
- **Unfollow all** sources in it.
- **Set as start screen.**
- **Share a copy by email.** Your friend gets a link, valid for 14 days, that copies the folder and its sources into their Hushread. If they don't have an account yet, the folder is waiting when they sign up with that email.

## Feeds editor

Tap the **pencil** next to **Feeds** in the menu. Long-press and drag to reorder, or tap **Select** to unfollow several sources at once.

## Tags

Open an article, tap **Tags**, and pick a tag or create a **New tag**. Tags appear in the menu with article counts. Swipe right on a tag to rename it, delete it (the articles keep their other tags), or set it as your start screen.
