Welcome to HushRead, a customisable short news reading app driven by AI, developed and provided by Ramarya Technologies (“Company”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms of service (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the App.
- App Description
HushRead is a mobile application that allows users to customize and read short news articles using artificial intelligence. The App may be downloaded from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
- User Accounts
Users may create an account with HushRead, but it is optional. To create an account, users must provide their name and email address. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under their account.
- User Data
The Company collects and stores the user’s name and email address, which is used for account creation and communication purposes only. The Company may use anonymous data for analytical purposes.
- License
The Company grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The user may not modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the App.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the App.
- Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with the user’s use of the App or violation of this Agreement.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Punjab, India.
- Changes to the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to change or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the App.

2. Privacy Policy

Ramarya Technologies (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Hushread mobile application (the “Service”).

3. End User License Agreement (EULA) for Hushread
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Ramarya Technologies (“Company”) for the use of the Hushread mobile application (“App”).
By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not install or use the App.
License Grant: The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
Intellectual Property Rights: The App and all intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, are owned by the Company. You acknowledge that you have no ownership or proprietary interest in the App or its intellectual property rights.
User Obligations: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and you will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or its servers, or interfere with any other user’s use of the App.
Restrictions on Use: You may not use the App for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Company. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.
Termination: The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your device.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App or its use. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects in the App will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the arbitration shall be held in Pathankot, India.
